SAN RAMON – An assault victim was airlifted after sustaining injuries during a dispute in the Foothill – Twin Creeks Apartment complex on Harness Drive early Monday morning.

Just after midnight on Monday, firefighters were called to aid a victim of an assault inside a unit in the complex.

Paramedics gave medical treatment to two individuals inside the unit.

The first victim was airlifted to Santa Clara Medical Center for treatment of chemical burns while the second was rushed to a nearby medical center by ambulance.
